Position Overview: We are looking for an accomplished Senior C++ WinAPI Kernel Developer to lead the development of critical components within our software infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Windows kernel programming, excellent C++ programming skills, and a deep understanding of WinAPI. This individual will play a key role in designing, implementing, and optimizing kernel-level features to ensure the robustness and performance of our software products.



Responsibilities:


  1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and refine software requirements.
  2. Design, implement, and optimize kernel-level features using C++ and WinAPI.
  3. Conduct thorough testing and debugging of kernel components to ensure high reliability.
  4. Collaborate with the QA team to develop comprehensive test plans for kernel-level functionality.
  5. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.
  6. Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of coding standards.
  7. Stay current with industry trends and advancements in Windows kernel programming.
Qualifications:


  1. Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience as a C++ WinAPI Kernel Developer with a focus on Windows operating systems.
  3. Strong understanding of kernel-level programming concepts and WinAPI internals.
  4. Proficiency in debugging and performance optimization techniques.
  5. Experience with software development tools and version control systems.
  6. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  7. Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
Preferred Skills:


  1. Familiarity with driver development and Windows Driver Model (WDM).
  2. Experience with security-related aspects of kernel programming.
  3. Knowledge of low-level programming languages (e.g., assembly language).
  4. Familiarity with multi-threading and synchronization techniques.
