About Role
At Sternx, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Senior Product Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our platform. As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading the product strategy, development, and execution to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business growth.

Responsibility

  • Providing backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a cross-functional team of engineers and professionals.
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of our Java script backend and React JS-based frontend.
  • Providing vision and direction to the Agile development team and stakeholders throughout the project and creating requirements
  • Planning and prioritizing product feature backlog and development for the product
  • Assessing the value, developing cases, and prioritizing stories, epics, and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy
  • Working closely with Product Management to create and maintain a product backlog according to business value or ROI
  • Ensuring that the team always has an adequate amount of prior prepared tasks to work on
  • Providing an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of Release/Sprint Goals
  • Following our competitors and the industry
  • Keeping abreast with Agile/Scrum best practices and new trends
  • Researching and analyzing the market, the users, and the roadmap for the product
  • Leading a sizable product line(s)
  • Acting authority on his/her product
  • Interfacing with company execs
  • Driving the product in the right direction
  • Taking an active role in defining the future
  • Managing the product lifecycle end-to-end
  • Engaging with stakeholders, especially the tech teams
  • Mentoring less experienced Product Managers to enable them
  • Experience with version control (Git).
  • Experience with CI/CD
  • Experience with TDD 
  • Responsible for the adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for all customer-facing and critical internal systems.
  • Drive innovation and best practices in software development, architecture, and system design
  • Good understanding of B2B integrations using APIs
  • Experience in UI/UX for web applications 
  • Experience in developing security products
  • Experience with EDR, Compliance, and SOC
Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or similar relevant field
  • +5 years of experience in the related field
  • Strong analytical skills for problem-solving
  • Confirmed ability to lead critical business systems/applications.
  • Capable of managing all aspects of the software application development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills
  • In-depth knowledge of Agile processes and principles
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
Working regulation:
From Sunday to Thursday 8am to 5 pm (One hour flexibility)
