As a fast-growing E-commerce, SnappGrocery strives to improve online shopping experiences, We are looking for an innovative Operations Process engineer to work on operations teams. You must link operations and information to improve processes; In this way, you should get help from the other teams and various tools.
In the first step, you should get familiar with their operational work and KPIs, then find out the data and the impact of other teams on the operation. You must understand the problems and processes in the operation and solve the problem by communicating with other teams, you should continuously monitor the performance of E-commerce so that the system always works optimally.
Process design and expansion, cost control, KPIs control, reporting, and HR monitoring will be some of your main priorities when carrying out this role.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop and monitor all processes related to the store Monitoring the correct implementation of KPIs in the store Analyzing processes and problems to provide and implement solutions Cost monitoring Communicating with other teams such as commercial, logistics, supplier, and other stakeholders Identifying unusual situations and providing appropriate solutions to stabilize the situation People management Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering Communication and People management Familiar with E-commerce Proficiency in Microsoft Office Familiar with Databases (MySQL) Process design and development Data analysis Problem-solving Teams work Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
