Over view:

As a fast-growing E-commerce, SnappGrocery strives to improve online shopping experiences, We are looking for a Merchandising Specialist to support our online sales efforts by managing product listings and online shelf services. You will ensure the right product is displayed in the right place, at the right time, in the right quantity, and at the right price on our online platform.

Responsibilities:

·       Assist in planning and developing merchandising strategies that balance customers’ expectations and our company’s objectives.

·       Analyze online sales figures, customer reactions, and market trends to anticipate product needs.

·       Collaborate with buyers, Category Managers, campaign managers, digital marketers, and designers.

·       Help maximize customer interest and sales levels by displaying products appropriately on the website.

·       Support in forecasting profits/sales and planning budgets.

·       Stay up-to-date with the industry’s best practices and the latest e-commerce trends.

Requirements:

·       Proven working experience in merchandising

·       Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate

·       Up-to-date with the latest merchandising trends and best practices

·       Excellent verbal and written communication skills

·       Strong listening, presentation, and decision-making skills

·       Commercial acumen and the ability to “decode” customers

·       BS degree in Marketing or a related field
