Job description

Our team supports better business decisions by monitoring the market, integrating diverse data sources, and turning them into reliable and actionable insights that address key business questions, identify opportunities, and strengthen Snapp’s competitive position.

In this role, you will analyze diverse data and research findings to uncover meaningful patterns, understand customer and market dynamics, and generate actionable insights for business, product, marketing, and operational decisions. You will also contribute to research design, market and competitive analysis, performance evaluation, and clear communication of findings through effective reports and presentations.
A key part of the role is finding smarter and more efficient ways of working. You will be expected to use coding, automation, AI, and emerging technologies where relevant to improve analysis, reporting, and research processes, and team efficiency, while proactively exploring new tools and approaches to make our work more scalable and effective.

Job requirements

Analytical & Research Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, interpret research findings, identify patterns and trends, and translate them into actionable business insights.
Technical & AI Skills: Practical experience with coding and analytical tools, including SQL (required) and Python (a plus), along with dashboard development and other digital tools. Ability and willingness to leverage AI, automation, and emerging technologies to improve analysis, research, reporting, and workflows.
Reporting & Communication: Ability to communicate insights clearly through effective reports and presentations, with strong written and verbal English skills.
Experience & Education: Relevant academic background and professional work experience, with a willingness to continuously learn and adopt new tools and approaches.

Nice to Have:
- Market & Business Understanding: Understanding of research methods, consumer behaviour, market dynamics, and competitive analysis, with the ability to connect findings to business questions and opportunities.
- Execution & Process Improvement: Ability to independently execute analytical and research projects and identify opportunities to improve or automate inefficient or repetitive processes.
- Collaboration: Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with different teams and stakeholders.
