About Snapp

Snapp is the pioneer provider of ride-hailing mobile solutions in Iran. It connects smartphone owners who need a ride to Snapp drivers who use their private cars, offering transportation services. About the role

You will be a key member of the UX Research team, and responsible for foundational and directional research across the product, working with different cross-functional feature teams. You will be part of the Design & Research team for Business, reporting to the UX Research Lead, and together be responsible for delivering world-class research.

Responsibilities

Conduct and evaluate and validate quantitative and qualitative research
Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and evaluate research topics
Advocate research findings to diverse audiences through written and oral presentations
Ask questions, gather data, and analyze data
Use a diverse set of UX research tools
Advocate the voice of the customer and be a bridge between the end-users and the product teams
Document and communicate research findings to product team members
Participate in business and UI reviews with multi-disciplinary product teams
Facilitate user feature walkthroughs, usability sessions, and “Show me how you use it” open-ended interviews in order to inform new features and product design and development

Requirements

Strong knowledge of qualitative research methods
Documentation of research process
Research and Analytics
User Empathy
Ability to formulate specific, answerable, and practical questions
Communication Skills (and lots of patience)
Ability to prepare comprehensive reports
Fluent in English
Curiosity and agility
Flexibility and Initiative

Good to have:

Strong knowledge of quantitative research methods
Remote Research Tools
