Responsibilities
- Developing aggressive retention strategies based on customer feedback
- Describing step by step the instructions needed toward the goal
- Meeting with the Retention team to propose customer retention solutions
- Oversee Retention campaign development and management
- Building positive relationships with customers, business associates and product team
- Gathering information about customer complaints
- B2B negotiation
- Analyzing customer behavior
- Competitor analysis
- Writing and presenting customer behavior reports
- The root cause analysis and providing a solution
- Generate insights and recommendations • Use creativity to bring new solutions
Requirements
- Strong negotiation
- High level of creativity in running campaigns
- Result Orientation
- Analytical mindset
- Good knowledge of marketing terms and definitions
- Reporting skills (Office, Official Emailing, Analyzing method)
- Strong Process Orientation
- Commitment to deadlines, time management
- Average English knowledge (Understanding, Writing)
- Advanced communication and interpersonal skills
