About Snapp

Snapp is the pioneer provider of ride-hailing mobile solutions in Iran that connects smartphone owners in need of a ride to drivers who use their private cars offering transportation services. Responsibilities

Developing aggressive retention strategies based on customer feedback
Describing step by step the instructions needed toward the goal
Meeting with the Retention team to propose customer retention solutions
Oversee Retention campaign development and management
Building positive relationships with customers, business associates and product team
Gathering information about customer complaints
B2B negotiation
Analyzing customer behavior
Competitor analysis
Writing and presenting customer behavior reports
The root cause analysis and providing a solution
Generate insights and recommendations • Use creativity to bring new solutions

Requirements

Strong negotiation
High level of creativity in running campaigns
Result Orientation
Analytical mindset
Good knowledge of marketing terms and definitions
Reporting skills (Office, Official Emailing, Analyzing method)
