Responsibilities
Improve Snapp social listening Conscious about critical situations and react as fast as possible to identify them Continuous follow-up of referred cases Real-time answering & monitoring Shortening the response time with continuous follow-up and sensitivity to the issues raised
Assist the social media team in planning and implementing all of its tasks
Daily Social Listening & Monitoring to take control of this medium
Recognize Situations in the Social sphere which can face a company crisis
Estimate brand sentiment in social media
Manage reporting complaint process through different departments
Set different types of reports matching with goals and objectives
