We are looking for experienced, results-driven, and passionate engineers to join the SRE team. The ideal candidate is a self-starter and has excellent communication skills. Our collaborative environment relies heavily on innovation, technical savvy, and problem-solving skills. As a newest SRE Engineer, you’ll be a major contributor to the company’s success and you’ll have an opportunity to work alongside our wonderful SRE team that supports the Snappbox platform. You will embrace the SRE model, and work with other senior leaders on the team to modernize the tech stack. Site Reliability Engineer should Focus on operational technical support and monitoring the whole of BOX. Tasked with responding to incidents, on-call, and manual tasks and focuses on automating systems and services. This includes automating tasks related to web services organizations, account creation, service control policies, tagging policies, and assisting with multi-account policy changes
Job Responsibilities
Improve system reliability through the optimization of on-call processes.
Optimizing resources and improving mean time to repair (MTTR)
Supporting shift 7*24 Day and Night. (12hrs Shift, 24hrs Rest)
Checking all monitoring system’s dashboards during the shift time and following Incident Management Process in incident time.
Follow up with the upstream service provider to resolve issues
Alarm Handling and Escalation
