About Snapp

Snapp is the pioneer provider of ride-hailing mobile solutions in Iran that connects smartphone owners in need of a ride to Snapp drivers who use their private cars offering transportation services. We are ambitious, passionate, engaged, and excited about pushing the boundaries of the transportation industry to new frontiers and being the first choice of each user in Iran.
About the Team:
Ride Experience is one of Snapp’s biggest verticals, so you will have many teammates in this place. Our main duty is to create the ride with the best experience for our drivers and passengers so, besides our own features, we connect lots of other vertical features to the ride, therefore you need to have great communication skills for following up on dependencies, and supporting them or remove the blockers. definitely, you will experience lots of interesting challenges in these dimensions. As we handle the core technical part of Snapp and you need to work with back-end developers, it’s needed you to be familiar with their concept and programming area to have a common language.
Responsibilities
You help your product manager in:
- Having a clean Backlog
- Product Documentation
- Follow up on the dependencies and blockers in the team and out of that
- Create the road map
- Help the team to deliver the commitments
- Solving the problems and challenges that affect the product
- Prioritize items and time management in the team
