Responsibilities
Working outside of office for onboarding new stores.
Control POS and marketing assets in store.
Manage a portfolio of merchants to achieve long-term success.
To guarantee the successful integration of Snapppay’s products with merchants.
Ensure that partners can sell with Snapppay without any problem.
Keep close contact with merchants at every stage and respond to merchants’ queries via phone, email, chat, or meeting.
Monitor merchants’ important metrics in a daily basis to provide them useful guide.
To suggest and support the best solutions for merchants with business contracts.
To facilitate the integration process between merchants and Snapppay technical team.
Follow up with merchants and internal teams to ensure merchants’ issues are resolved.
To receive merchants’ feedback and insights and share it with our Sales, Product, Marketing, and Finance teams.
Educate and guide merchants on best practices, and onboard new merchants.
