About SnappBox

SnappBox, as a critical venture of the Snapp group, has concentrated on delivery and has become the biggest delivery platform in Iran. This venture will be expanded and has set up new business lines like box plus, carbox, and package pooling during the past year. This growth would be continued, and talented people like you could help us accelerate the progress.

About the role

We are looking for a talented Scrum Master to join us. You must be able to acquire the necessary skills and techniques quickly. Your role is to support our teams in the discovery and delivery of projects, so you need to have the relevant skills as a facilitator, Organizer of Agile ceremonies, and follow-up on open projects. So you should be able to demonstrate a basic understanding of Agile Frameworks and Control Projects in Software Companies.

Responsibilities

Help the team and sub-teams improve their processes
Help teams implement changes effectively
Lead the team in using Agile methodology and scrum practices
Remove impediments and coach the team on removing impediments
Help the teams to identify and fill in blanks in the Agile framework
Implementing Agile Improving planning and estimation Making transparency around Objectives and Key Results
