About the position
Partner with business stakeholders from different teams to provide custom detail-oriented dashboards and reports utilizing both traditional and ad-hoc BI reporting tools. The role conducts data analysis, performs detailed database queries, creates report and dashboard solutions needed by business or executive operations and assists with administration of the application platform.

About the position
Partner with business stakeholders from different teams to provide custom detail-oriented dashboards and reports utilizing both traditional and ad-hoc BI reporting tools. The role conducts data analysis, performs detailed database queries, creates report and dashboard solutions needed by business or executive operations and assists with administration of the application platform.
Responsibilities
- Able to design, build and deploy BI solutions, e.g. reporting tools
- Evaluate and improve existing BI systems on Microsoft Tech Stack like SSRS/SSAS/SQL Server/Powerbi etc.
- Communicate effectively with other teams to integrate systems or gather requirements
- Develop and execute complex database queries and conduct analysis and come to conclusion via insights
- Able to help, train and lead juniors and break down barriers to progress
- Should be able to create ETL Pipelines on SSIS
- Able to work and create a model on SSAS Tabular Model (SSAS Multidimensional Experience is desirable too)
- Ability to prepare Dataware house design and Troubleshoot DB Performance Issues
Requirements
- Good Communication Skills (Essential)
- Leadership and Teamwork Qualities (Essential)
- Experience with SSAS Tabular/Multidimensional (Essential)
- Experience in ETL Tools like Kettle/SSIS (Essential)
- Experience with DBMS system like MySQL/SQL server (Essential)
- Analyze complex data and create the report based on it (Desirable)
- SQL Server and Analysis service (Tabular) performance Tuning (Essential)
- Experience in Visualization tools like PowerBI, SSRS or any other related platform (Essential)
- Proven experience as a BI Developer or Data Scientist (Essential)
- Experience in Python (Desirable)
