*Generate creative ideas

*Communication and interaction with content production vendors to produce high quality Videos

*Manage “Process Media” sessions with different units such as HR , Marketing , Snapp Box and else

*Review production videos and evaluate how they are published

*Evaluating the trends in KPI’s to improve main indices

*Check the trend of production videos in attracting the audience

*Providing the weekly and monthly reports

*Delivery of videos at specified times

*Planning to perform various ceremonies such as Yalda night program and Nowruz special program.

*Improve video production procedures in different units

*Assist different units in achieving goals

*Reduce video production costs in different units
