About the Team
Our Backoffice Panel team is responsible for developing and maintaining a suite of internal tools that are used by our operators and HR teams to manage various aspects of our business. The team is highly collaborative and is composed of developers, designers, and product managers who are passionate about building high-quality software that helps our teams work more efficiently.

As a Front-End Developer, you will work closely with the Backoffice Panel team to develop and improve our internal tools and dashboards. You will collaborate with other departments to gather requirements and design solutions that meet their needs. You will also work closely with the product team to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces that enable our operators and HR teams to complete their tasks quickly and efficiently.

As a Front-End Developer, you will work closely with the Backoffice Panel team to develop and improve our internal tools and dashboards. You will also work closely with the product team to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces that enable our operators and HR teams to complete their tasks quickly and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain web applications and dashboards that help our operators and HR teams manage various aspects of our business.
- Collaborate with other departments to gather requirements and design solutions that meet their needs.
- Work with the product team to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.
- Participate in design and code reviews to maintain code quality and ensure that best practices are followed.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest front-end development trends and technologies.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in frontend development, with a strong focus on React and related technologies.
- 1+ years of experience with TypeScript.
- Experience with modern web development technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design.
- Familiarity with modern front-end tools and frameworks, including Webpack, Babel, and Node.js.
- Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for creating engaging and user-friendly web experiences.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Fluency in English.
