About the position
As a Legal Specialist, you have to provide legal advice in all fields, solve the legal issues of the company by overlooking rules and regulations, collaborate with the legal litigation team in representing the company before courts and other judicial and administrative authorities and prepare and draft contracts.

Responsibilities

Manage and update the petition cases with the highest standards.
Development of legal processes and provide regular updates on the status of the petition process.
Draft and produce regular progress weekly reports and event-based reports as requested by the legal department.
Prepare proper responses for judicial inquiries.
Follow up on legal requirements.
Produce and deliver presentations on legal issues as requested.
Negotiating with organizations and companies as needed.
Involve in judicial issues and attending court hearings (High Courts and Supreme Court).
Prepare and revise contract templates as required.
Speeding up making contract processes.

Requirements

BS / MS degree in Law.
Minimum of 2 years experience as a Lawyer or Lawyer trainee.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (including Word & Excel).
Upper intermediate in speaking and writing English.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Being a team player and willing to contribute wherever needed.
Familiarity with companies and related lawsuits.
