About Snapp

About the Role
In DER vertical with the motto of "Engagement is a Commitment!" we are trying to bring some good experiences to our drivers, by encouraging them and make them satisfied and happy. Software Engineers in our team are responsible for every thing that related to engagement and retention of millions of drivers in Snapp! ecosystem. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will design, develop and maintain highly scalable Microservices that backed with your solid understanding of SDLC. You will have chance to work with enormous load and data in Snapp! that will push you to master Murphy law. If you are kind of person that starts each day with some definite goals and ends it up with new achievements, you're applying for right job.



Requirements


  • Proficiency and Experience with Golang (Essential)
  • Strong knowledge in relational databases and ACID properties (Essential)
  • Solid understanding of data modeling and software design principles (Essential)
  • Comfortable with an agile, flexible approach in development (Essential)
  • Hands on Microservice architecture (Essential)
  • Deep understanding of scale cube and software scalability challenges (Essential)
  • Hands on k8s and familiar with containers system (Essential)
  • Having strong knowledge on ci/cd processes (Essential)
  • Fluent in SOLID principles and clean code concepts (Essential)
  • Familiar with Openshift (Desirable)
  • Familiar with distributed tracing tools(jaeger, elk, ...) (Desirable)
  • Familiar with monitoring tools(e.g. grafana, prometheus) (Desirable)
  • Effective communication skills with a positive attitude (Essential)
