About role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and innovative Associate Product Manager to join our Retention team. As an Associate Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing strategies to enhance customer retention, drive customer engagement, and optimize the overall customer experience. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze customer behavior, and leverage data-driven insights to develop product enhancements that keep our customers engaged and satisfied.
Responsibility:
Discovering features based on the objectives and strategies.
Retention data analysis and feature impact analysis.
Writing reports on Retention services metrics regularly.
Collaborate with user and market research teams to adjust and run the test based the Retention needs
Collaborate with the Product Manager to do feature analysis regularly.
Define clear and comprehensive feature specifications, including user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria, to guide the development and quality assurance teams.
Execute the product roadmap, from concept and discovery to launch.
Collaborate with the Product Manager to plan, prioritize, and execute the development of retention features, ensuring they align with the overall product strategy.
Work with internal teams, including developers, designers, QA., Ventures, and …
Work closely with business and marketing teams and consider their requirements.
Take ownership of feature development projects, including handling project timelines, identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring successful delivery.
Continuously monitor the performance of retention services, tracking key metrics and KPIs, and making adjustments as needed to optimize user engagement and satisfaction.
