Responsibilities

The Local Performance Operations Lead role is to drive efficiency and excellence in our local operations, utilizing data to identify improvement areas, devise strategies, and foster a high-performance team that exceeds customer expectations and contributes to our overall success

  • Improve the efficiency of local operations through data-driven process optimization.
  • Achieve team performance metrics consistently over a quarter, indicating effective leadership and team management.
  • Implement new strategies for performance enhancement within the first year, resulting in measurable improvements in operational efficiency or customer satisfaction.
  • Improve customer satisfaction score within the first year, reflecting better operational performance.
  • Successfully conduct comprehensive training programs per quarter to increase team skill set and knowledge, ultimately driving performance improvements.
  • Reduce operational costs within the first year without compromising quality or customer satisfaction.
