About the Position
The sales team's major task is driver acquisition through different channels. The sales manager is the head of the sales team and is responsible for managing the on-spot acquisition team including SS and SSE and the driver sign-up process. He/She is also responsible for the team's performance and is in charge of writing and developing KPIs and the Incentive processes.
Responsibilities
- Manage assigned Sales supervisors
- Control acquisition process through assigned office
- Control target promoters
- Create periodic reports
- Achieve assigned acquisition targets
Requirements
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Superb leadership ability
- Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including PowerPoint, Word and Excel
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Results-oriented with strong analytical skills
- Strong reporting and presentation skills
- Advanced in English (Speaking & Writing)
