Responsibilities The mission of the customer retention specialist is to communicate with customers to increase loyalty, analyze their feedback, negotiate with them & try to return them to the cycle of the company's sales. They gather information about the complaint and begin devising solutions and support to reduce customer churn rate & keeping the existing customers satisfied and also compile reports for direct manager.
Improve customer churn rate in a certain period of time
Successful Onboarding in a short time with the best way to customers figure out how the services work and how it can meet their needs
Collect and analyze feedback from the customers, create new ideas & follow up with them
Able to Support Corporate clients like corporate phone calls, email answering ratio & make solutions
Focus on problem-solving & strong communication skills to control the situations & lead the meetings.
