About the role
As a Senior Legal Specialist, you are responsible for reviewing, commenting on, and drafting various types of contracts in both English and Persian, as well as handling complex legal disputes, including litigation, and utilizing alternative dispute resolution methods to resolve conflicts.


Responsibilities

  • Assisting the legal department with a variety of legal issues, including drafting documents and writing letters.
  • Developing and providing employee training on legal/compliance policies and practices.
  • Offering legal advice and counsel on various legal inquiries involving risks and consequences for the company.
  • Preparing the required monthly and quarterly reports on the department's activities.
  • Organizing, maintaining, and updating the contracts database and archive, utilizing electronic tools as directed.
  • Supporting legal project coordination and assisting with all necessary legal communications, as well as internal and external interactions.
  • Staying updated on current changes in all relevant areas of law and ensuring compliance with internal controls, statutory regulations, and other formalities.
  • Preparing and filing the required compliance reports on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Supporting compliance project coordination.

Job requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience as a practicing attorney, with expertise in corporate, contract, employment, competition, and capital market law.
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law.
