Job Brief:

We are seeking a motivated Senior Network & Security Engineer to join our dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about security and network administration to contribute to our success. As a Senior Network & Security Engineer at our Company, you will be key in designing, implementing, and maintaining our Network infrastructure.

About the ICT Team

The ICT team is dedicated to providing a cutting-edge technology infrastructure that is both resilient and capable of delivering the performance required to support Snapp's continuous growth. We ensure that all servers and services are secure in branches, operational, and highly available. Our responsibilities include identifying and resolving failures and issues within the network, servers, firewalls, and other critical components. Our work may occasionally require us to work evenings and weekends, and we are also on call to address technical problems as they arise. Our ultimate goal is to guarantee the stability and efficiency of all services to support Snapp's ongoing expansion.

Job Responsibilities:

Designing, implementing, and managing enterprise network infrastructure
Design network security architecture and develop detailed cyber security designs
Troubleshooting complex network issues and performing root cause analysis
Documenting network configurations and changes.
Performing the operational establishment and preventive maintenance of backups, and recovery procedures, and enforcing security and integrity controls
Handle routine technical support problems—from simple application or network configuration fixes to more complex troubleshooting and
Participate in the planning and execution of network and wireless upgrades and expansions.
Monitor network and wireless performance, identifying and resolving issues to ensure reliable and secure operations.
Provide support for wireless network-related issues, troubleshooting connectivity problems, and optimizing wireless performance.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in network and security engineering roles
Full understanding layer 2&3 protocols
Strong analytic thinking and creativity
Hands-on experience with Next Generation Firewalls (FortiGate), WAF, Switch & Routers
Develop and enforce security policies, procedures, and standards
Test and implement network security measures and maintain the overall security coverage.
Proven experience in designing and managing complex network environments.
Design, implement, and manage secure network solutions to meet business requirements.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Great at organizing, prioritizing, multitasking, team-working, and R&D.
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in high-pressure situations
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Good to know of wireless networking concepts and protocols (802.11 standards, RF fundamentals).
Familiar with Cisco wireless platforms (WLC)
Familiar with network automation would be an advantage.
Age range: 25 to 35 years old.
Intermediate English knowledge.
