About Snapp

Snapp is the pioneer provider of ride-hailing mobile solutions in Iran that connects smartphone owners in need of a ride to Snapp drivers who use their private cars offering transportation services. We are ambitious, passionate, engaged, and excited about pushing the boundaries of the transportation industry to new frontiers and be the first choice of each user in Iran.

Responsibilities

Responsible for Snapp's Social Listening & Monitoring to capture precise customer insights.
Regularly communicate insights gained from social media monitoring to related divisions.
Execute and monitor the company's advertising campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand strategy.
Develop various types of reports that align with marketing goals and objectives.
Identify critical situations on social media and assess Snapp's brand sentiment through comments and the overall social media climate.
Collaborate with other departments to achieve campaign objectives and ensure all interdepartmental requirements are met.

Job requirements

At least 2 years of relevant working experience.
Familiar with social media industry, vendors, services, and influencers.
Familiar with best practices of content strategy and latest trends
Have reporting, administration, communication, and negotiation skills
Be creative, multi-task, team worker, flexible, passionate to learn new things and face challenges.
Have the experience of advertising through social media and know high-effective strategies and channels
Know principles of marketing, digital marketing and be up to date with the latest international trends
Familiar with social media tools
