Responsibilities
Checking fraud (checking and validating CRM data to find duplicate data and updating data)
Check & submit new user registration (validating new user’s data by calling and searching the internet and submitting or rejecting signups)
Communicate with the user by email and SMS and call (call a user who needs to check some things to find possible fraud or fault)
Work with CRM and manage CRM data (apply changes in CRM data if needed to follow up by sales specialists)
Requirements
Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and tools
Experience with data analysis and reporting
Commitment to deadlines, time management
Reporting and presentation skills
Strong grasp of customer care
Analytical mindset
Attention to details
