driven Senior Operations Specialist to join our team and lead the charge in optimizing our delivery

Key Responsibilities:

• Elevate Performance: Energize and inspire our team to achieve new heights of excellence in
delivery operations. Lead by example and drive motivation across all levels of the organization.
• Innovate and Optimize: Develop innovative processes and strategies to enhance our delivery
operations, identify areas for improvement, and implement scalable solutions to drive efficiency
and performance.
• Customer-Centric Approach: Build strong relationships with key accounts, anticipate customer
needs, and execute action plans to exceed expectations and deliver an exceptional experience.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize your strong analytical skills to provide valuable insights,
translate data into actionable recommendations, and drive informed decision-making to
optimize operations.
• Collaborative Excellence: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless
coordination and alignment, ultimately delivering superior customer satisfaction and operational
excellence.
• Performance Analysis and Improvement: Proactively monitoring and analyzing delivery
operations metrics to ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Utilizing root cause
analysis techniques to identify opportunities for improvement and collaborating across teams to
implement strategic actions that enhance performance and exceed expectations

Requirements:
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in operations, logistics, or supply chain management, with a
track record of success in driving operational excellence.
• Analytical Skills: Strong proficiency in data analysis, including quantitative analysis, modeling,
reporting, and test plan design. Advanced Excel skills are essential, coupled with the ability to
create insightful charts and reports. Knowledge of SQL is a plus
• Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must, with fluency in
both Farsi and English.
• Ownership Mentality: Demonstrate a strong sense of ownership, taking responsibility for
outcomes and driving initiatives to successful completion.
• Strategic Vision: Bring a strategic and analytical mindset to the table, with the ability to envision
and execute innovative solutions to complex operational challenges.
• Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to work under pressure and
meet tight deadlines. 24/7 availability to address urgent issues is essential.
