شرح موقعیت شغلی

Snapp is seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Communications Manager to join our Operations Department, specifically the Driver Engagement team. This key role will be responsible for leading and managing our graphic design, content, and social media teams to create and implement communication strategies that engage, motivate, and retain our driver community. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, along with extensive experience in content marketing and marketing communications.
Key Responsibilities
   1.    Develop and Execute Communication Strategies:
         •    Create comprehensive communication plans including driver communication content, in-app notifications, SMS campaigns, and social media engagement.
         •    Ensure all communications are aligned with Snapp’s brand voice and guidelines.
   2.    Manage and Lead Teams:
         •    Oversee the graphic design, content, and social media teams to ensure cohesive and effective communication strategies.
         •    Foster a collaborative environment that encourages creativity and innovation across teams.
   3.    Enhance Driver Engagement:
         •    Increase driver engagement scores through targeted communication campaigns.
         •    Develop and execute quarterly surveys to assess driver satisfaction and areas for improvement.
   4.    Data-Driven Insights:
         •    Utilize data analytics to measure the effectiveness of communication strategies.
         •    Provide monthly reports on key metrics such as engagement rates, feedback scores, and campaign ROI.
   5.    Brand Consistency:
         •    Maintain a consistent and positive brand image across all driver touchpoints.
         •    Develop and enforce brand guidelines across various channels.
   6.    Driver Retention:
         •    Develop and execute retention strategies to reduce driver churn.
         •    Implement programs and initiatives based on driver feedback to improve their overall experience and satisfaction.

•    Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
•    Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams and external partners to execute communication campaigns.
-   Analytical Skills:
•    Proficiency in using analytics tools to measure campaign performance and derive actionable insights.
•    Ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions to improve communication strategies.
-   Creativity and Innovation:
•    Creative mindset to develop unique and engaging communication campaigns that stand out.
•    Openness to experimenting with new ideas and approaches to keep drivers engaged.
-   Empathy and Understanding:
•    Deep understanding of the driver community, their needs, challenges, and motivations.
•    Ability to build genuine relationships and foster a sense of community among drivers.
-   Technological Proficiency:
•    Familiarity with CRM systems, content marketing platforms, and other communication tools.
•    Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and platforms to enhance communication efforts.

•    Strong sense of brand management and the ability to maintain brand integrity in all communications.
•    Experience in developing and enforcing brand guidelines across various channels.
Desired Experience
• 5+ years of experience in marketing communications, preferably within the ride-hailing or transportation industry.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful communication campaigns.
• Extensive experience in content marketing and marcom skills.
• Experience in managing content, design, and social media teams.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on results and continuous improvement.
