About the Role
This role exists to lead and oversee the company’s debt collection efforts, including preparing, sending, and following up on formal notices. It plays a critical role in tracking and pursuing legal claims, complaints, and lawsuits to protect the company’s rights. Additionally, the position supports other legal and compliance activities as needed across the organization.
Responsibility:
- Increase successful debt recovery by at least 25% within 6 months through timely issuance and follow-up of legal notices under direct supervision.
- Prepare and send 100% of legal notices within 72 hrs of instruction, with all follow-ups documented for management review.
- Update the litigation and claims tracking system weekly, ensuring all next steps are clearly defined and reported.
- Maintain 100% adherence to internal legal procedures and regulatory requirements, validated through quarterly checks by the deps’ manager.
- Provide prompt legal support to all departments, achieving an internal satisfaction score of at least 9/10 within 6 months.
