About the Role:

Responsible for leading, executing, and optimizing social media activities to achieve brand and business goals through effective campaign management, performance analysis, data-driven insights, and ensuring the accurate and timely execution of all plans. This role requires someone with deep social media expertise, a strong sense of ownership, continuous follow-up, and the ability to turn data into actionable steps and measurable results.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and execute social media campaigns end-to-end, from receiving the brief to delivering the final report.
  • Continuously follow up on projects and coordinate with different stakeholders to ensure tasks are completed on time.
  • Analyze content and campaign performance on a daily basis and provide data-driven improvement recommendations.
  • Prepare and present weekly and monthly reports and identify performance opportunities and risks.
  • Work closely with Content, Design, Media, CRM, and Product teams to ensure integrated campaign execution.
  • Design, monitor, and improve social media KPIs and performance dashboards.
  • Improve key business and social media metrics through continuous testing, experimentation, and optimization.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on social media trends, platform changes, and audience behavior.
  • Take full ownership of tasks and independently drive them to completion without requiring constant follow-up from the manager.
Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of planning, executing, and optimizing social media activities and campaigns.
  • Ability to analyze data, interpret reports, and extract actionable insights for decision-making.
  • Experience in campaign management and effective cross-functional collaboration.
  • High level of accountability, ownership, and commitment to results and outputs.
  • Strong attention to detail and continuous follow-up until final outcomes are achieved.
  • Project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and decision-making abilities.
  • Experience in preparing performance reports and working with dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Full familiarity with major social media platforms, including Instagram, Meta, X, LinkedIn, and emerging trends in the field.
  • Ability to work independently and move projects forward with minimal direct supervision.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to manage and coordinate with different stakeholders.
  • Strong execution mindset, continuous follow-up, and the ability to independently drive tasks from problem definition to final delivery without requiring constant follow-up from the manager.
