About the Role
As a Senior People Experience & Employer Branding Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping how employees experience our organization and how that experience is reflected to external talent markets. You will be responsible for designing and executing initiatives that enhance employee engagement, strengthen workplace culture, and build a compelling employer brand through creative storytelling, internal communications, employee-focused programs, and external branding activities.
The ideal candidate is a proactive, creative, and detail-oriented professional who can seamlessly connect internal employee experiences with external employer branding efforts, creating authentic and meaningful touchpoints throughout the employee lifecycle.
Responsibilities
People Experience
Design, plan, and execute employee experience initiatives, campaigns, and events throughout the employee lifecycle.
Manage annual employee engagement and experience calendars, including celebrations, recognition programs, onboarding initiatives, and cultural events.
Design, prepare, and coordinate employee gift packages for various occasions such as onboarding, birthdays, anniversaries, Yalda, and Nowruz.
Continuously monitor and improve employee experience touchpoints, including onboarding, internal communications, workplace environment, celebrations, and recognition programs.
Design, administer, and analyze employee surveys to identify insights and improvement opportunities.
Manage and coordinate internal communications across the organization to enhance employee engagement and alignment.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of employee experience initiatives.
Track and report key People Experience metrics and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
Employer Branding
Develop and execute employer branding initiatives to strengthen the company’s reputation as an employer of choice.
Manage employer brand presence across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant channels.
Create engaging visual and written content aligned with the employer branding strategy.
Manage the employer branding content calendar and ensure consistent communication across channels.
Produce content highlighting company culture, employee stories, achievements, and workplace initiatives.
Build and maintain relationships with universities, academic communities, and talent networks to increase employer brand awareness.
Support talent attraction campaigns through creative storytelling and targeted employer branding activities.
Monitor employer branding performance and provide insights and recommendations based on engagement metrics.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
3+ years of relevant experience in Employer Branding, Employee Experience, HR, Internal Communications, Culture, Engagement, or related areas.
Proven experience in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives, events, and employer branding campaigns.
Strong content writing and storytelling skills with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences and channels.
Proficiency in visual content creation using tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or similar design platforms.
Experience managing social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn and Instagram, for employer branding purposes.
Strong project management and follow-up skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Strong analytical and reporting skills, including proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
High attention to detail and execution quality.
Creativity and ideation skills with the ability to develop innovative employee experience and employer branding initiatives.
Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
