About the Role:
The Total Rewards Specialist is responsible for designing and improving compensation, benefits, and reward programs that support organizational effectiveness, employee experience, and business objectives. The role combines reward expertise, workforce cost analysis, and data-driven decision making to ensure fair, competitive, and sustainable people practices.
Responsibilities:
Design, maintain, and continuously improve compensation structures, salary bands, pay scales, and job evaluation frameworks.
Conduct compensation benchmarking, salary surveys, and workforce cost analyses to support reward-related decision making and HR budgeting.
Design, evaluate, and enhance employee benefits, incentive programs, and total reward initiatives to ensure effectiveness, competitiveness, and employee value.
Analyze compensation, benefits, and workforce data.
Develop reports, dashboards, and actionable insights to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
Develop and maintain reward-related policies, frameworks, and governance practices
Collaborate with HR, Finance, and business leaders to implement reward-related initiatives and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
