About the Role:
Enable business growth by acquiring high-value merchants and managing key accounts, ensuring their success through strong relationships, data-driven insights, and sustainable retention strategies.
Responsibilities:
Acquire at least 40 new high-value merchants per quarter within targeted categories.
Increase GMV of managed key accounts by a minimum 40% within the first 6 months.
Maintain merchant retention rate above 90% through proactive relationship management.
Deliver monthly performance reports with actionable insights for each key account.
Requirement:
Strong sales and negotiation skills to acquire and close new merchants.
Proven ability in relationship management and building trust with key accounts.
Communication and presentation skills to engage stakeholders effectively.
Analytical thinking to assess account performance and identify growth opportunities.
Problem-solving mindset with proactive issue resolution.
Teamwork and collaboration with cross-functional teams (marketing, ops, product).
