About the Role:

The Senior Accounting Control Specialist is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of all financial processes, statements, and reporting. It supports strategic decision-making by providing financial insights that drive informed business decisions, identifies areas for financial improvement and implements strategies to maximize profitability and efficiency, while maintaining the highest standards of financial compliance, ethics, and adherence to the company’s Code of Conduct.

Responsibilities:

  • Financial Reporting & Control: Monitor and oversee accounting entries, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of all financial records, reports, and budgeting processes.
  • Comprehensive Reporting: Prepare and present accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to leadership, providing clear insights into the company’s financial health.
  • Compliance Management: Ensure full compliance with local tax, VAT, and social insurance regulations, minimizing any risk of non-compliance.
  • New Business Control: Control booking models for new businesses, ensuring they are aligned with relevant accounting standards and tax regulations.
Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of Accounting Standards and Financial Regulations.
  • Ability to Work Effectively and Efficiently Under Tight Deadlines.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Navision ERP.
  • Analytical Thinking with The Ability to Interpret and Present Complex Financial Data.
  • Demonstrate Professionalism and Strong Interpersonal Communication.
  • Attention to Detail and High Standards of Accuracy.
  • Knowledge of Tax and SSO Laws and Financial Compliance.
