About Role
As a Campaign Management Specialist, you must communicate with partners and the account team to improve campaign performance. The mission of this position is to drive sales growth and optimize marketing actions.
Responsibilities:
Briefing merchants and other departments about campaign Receiving reports from partners and regular cooperating with account management team
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and data teams, to align on campaign objectives and messaging
Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools
Cooperation with agencies and other marketing team for improving campaign process
Create integrated marketing campaigns based on market segments
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape to ensure campaigns are innovative and effective
Creating campaign reports and presentations for stakeholders, highlighting key insights and performance metrics
Requirements:
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and field reporting tools
Have knowledge of marketing platforms and tools
Have knowledge of marketing platforms and tools
Has Background in marketing Campaign execution and operation
Ability to manage several marketing campaigns simultaneously
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with merchants and internal stakeholders
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box
