About the Role
As a Senior Marketing Specialist at SnappPay, you will drive the growth of our Offline Payment and Store-In Experience services by planning and executing end-to-end marketing initiatives. You will translate business objectives into actionable marketing plans, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and optimize campaigns through data-driven insights to deliver measurable business impact.
Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns to drive user acquisition, activation, retention, transactions, and GMV growth.
Develop marketing briefs, execution plans, timelines, KPIs, and campaign roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
Collaborate with Product, Business, Sales, CRM, Performance Marketing, PR, Social Media, Design, Data, and Commercial teams to deliver seamless campaign execution.
Lead offline service rollouts across cities and merchant partners while ensuring high-quality campaign execution.
Monitor campaign performance, customer behavior, and business KPIs to identify insights, optimize the marketing funnel, and recommend improvement actions.
