About the Role:
As ane-commerce specialist, you will be responsible for managing the online presence of our company in the Snapp Super App. Your tasks include developing and executing marketing strategies, managing in-app content, and overseeing the design and development of e-commerce. You will also be responsible for analyzing data related to customer behavior and purchasing patterns to inform future decisions on how to best market products or services online.
Responsibilities:
Manage all e-commerce components, including sections, photos, pricing, and content.
Review e-commerce analytics to determine which merchants or products are most popular or what factors may be influencing customer behavior.
Develop merchandising plans based on customer insights, e-commerce goals, and campaign objectives.
Contribute to the development of marketing campaigns, such as seasonal sales or promotional events.
Analyze e-commerce traffic and user behavior data to identify areas of improvement.
Cooperation with the product managers and designers to improve and develop e-commerce.
Initiatives to significantly increase sales, conversion rate, and average order size, improve user experience, and enhance product discovery.
Responsible for the management, daily updating, and maintenance of the e-commerce and landing pages.
Conduct A/B testing to determine which version of different components or marketing campaign is most effective.
Responsibilities:
Having knowledge of marketing terms and definitions.
Familiarity with E-commerce optimization and analytics.
Good knowledge of data analysis.
Proficiency in problem-solving, time-management, and effective communication.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets. Experience in designing and analyzing surveys.
Experience in fintech, e-commerce, marketplace, or consumer apps is a plus.
