About the Role:

As a Data Analyst, you will build and maintain reliable data infrastructure for the Monitoring team by developing scalable ETL pipelines, ensuring data quality, optimizing databases, and delivering trusted datasets that support dashboards, APIs, and operational decision-making.

Responsibilities:

Design and implement scalable ETL pipelines.
Ensure data quality through validation and cleaning processes.
Optimize SQL queries and database performance.
Prepare reliable datasets for APIs and BI dashboards.
Maintain technical documentation for data workflows.
Collaborate with Monitoring and Product teams to deliver data solutions.
Process and transform medium to large-scale datasets efficiently.

Requirements:

Strong SQL (PostgreSQL & MySQL).
Python (Polars / Pandas).
ETL / ELT implementation.
Database design & query optimization.
Data Validation, Cleaning & Transformation.
Git.
Flask Backend Integration.
Analytical thinking and problem-solving.
Excellent teamwork and communication.
High ownership and attention to detail.
Documentation skills.
Ability to work with large datasets.

Nice to Have:

Preferred experience with Apache Airflow, Docker, or similar workflow orchestration tools.
Experience in fintech, e-commerce, or other data-intensive environments is considered a strong advantage.
Flask Backend Integration.
