Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of merchants to achieve long-term success
Keep close contact with merchants at every stage and respond to merchants’ queries via phone, email, chat, or meeting.
Monitor merchants’ important metrics on a daily basis to provide them useful guide
Ensure that partners can sell with Snapppay without any problem
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting merchant relationships
Increase GMV of all merchants
Increase the order of merchants
Requirements:
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Accuracy and keen attention to detail
Multi-tasking abilities
Teamwork abilities
Educate and guide merchants on best practices, and onboard new merchants
Familiar with data interpretation (Power BI, Microsoft Excel, and Metabase) and ability to prepare intermediate reports
Excellent listening and negotiation abilities
Excellent planning and time management skills
Familiarity with financial technology (fintech) and payment systems
