Job Description:

To drive category growth and profitability by developing and executing short-term and long-term category strategies. The Senior Category Management Specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize category performance and meet business objectives and must monitor vendor's performance and conduct meetings with key partners to ensure alignment with category objectives.


  • Managing daily stock of category.
  • Conducting market analysis.
  • Specifying accurate daily discount.
  • Formulating and executing pricing strategies.
  • Analyzing category trends.
  • Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
  • Taking proactive and relevant actions to achieve and exceed monthly targets.
  • Tracking and optimizing Monthly P&L.
  • Menu development and assortment management.
  • Monitoring and tracking related KPIs.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial engineering or related fields. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SQL, and Power BI.
  • At least 3 years of related experience (E-Commerce, FMCG, etc. ).
