Are you a skilled communicator with a passion for helping others? Do you excel in problem-solving and thrive in dynamic environments? We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Support Specialist to join our team!

Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer support through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Document and track customer interactions, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions.
Collaborate with other team members and departments to escalate and resolve complex issues.
Continuously improve knowledge of company products, services, and best practices.

Requirements:

Proficient in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Experience in a customer support role is preferred but not required.
Familiarity with support software and tools is a plus.
