Job description:

It’s teleworking and night shift
All of the communications with customers are in English
Working hours are from 8:00 pm to 4:00 am. Working days: Monday night to Friday (including Saturday morning)
Meetings required to work with the management team are held in the form of video conferencing

Responding to and following up on customer requests by phone, chat, email, Telegram and WhatsApp
Carrying out the necessary coordination with managers and colleagues
Guiding customers in using the company's services
Investigate customer issues and provide creative solutions to problems, appropriate behavior and on time handling to keep customers satisfaction
Transferring customers feedback

Skills required:

Fluent in English (speaking, writing, reading)
Having a team spirit and a learner personality, committed to work discipline
Familiar with Internet businesses and complete mastery of the Internet and familiarity with office software
Familiar with CRM software
Having communication skills and the ability to analyze and follow up problems related to customers, the ability to recognize the needs of customer and provide solutions
Good manners, good communication
Disciplined and persistent in pursuing customer affairs

Job conditions:

Education: Bachelor's degree or higher
