Job Title: Data Analyst

Location: Remote

Job Description:

The Data Analyst role involves diving deep into data to provide insights and strategies that will drive our business forward. This remote position requires a keen analytical mind, a strong understanding of statistical methods, and the ability to work closely with stakeholders to turn data-driven insights into actionable business strategies.

Responsibilities:

· Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather data from various sources, ensuring its integrity and reliability.

· Data Analysis: Utilize advanced analytical techniques to unearth trends, patterns, and anomalies in complex data sets.

· Data Visualization: Create and present visual representations of data for better understanding and decision-making.

· Reporting: Develop detailed reports on findings, making recommendations to steer business decisions.

· Advanced Analytics: Leverage tools and methods such as machine learning to predict future business scenarios.

· Stakeholder Communication: Engage with stakeholders to interpret and communicate findings, as well as to understand data needs.

· Project Management: Oversee data projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality insights.

· Team Leadership: Guide and mentor junior analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Requirements:

· Experience: A minimum of 2 years in a data analysis role.

· Technological Expertise: Proficiency in SQL, Python/R, and business intelligence tools like Tableau or Power BI.

· Soft Skills: Strong critical thinking, communication skills, and a keen attention to detail.

· Internet Connectivity: Stable and reliable internet connection suitable for video conferencing and data-intensive tasks.

Qualifications:

· Fluent in English, with at least a B2 level.

· Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field is a plus.

· Certifications in data analytics or related software tools are a plus.

· Demonstrated knowledge in database management and data warehousing.

· Familiarity with data governance, including privacy and compliance standards.
