About the Role:

We are on the lookout for a skilled and seasoned Backend Developer to join our dynamic engineering team. If you are a proficient Python programmer with a solid grasp of software development, algorithms, and a passion for crafting high-quality backend solutions, this role is for you. As a remote-first team, we value independence and clear communication, and we offer the flexibility to work from anywhere.

Technical Expertise:

Python/Django Mastery: Deep knowledge and extensive experience in Python and Django frameworks.
Linux Proficiency: Comfortable working in Linux environments.
SQL Skills: Strong understanding and experience in SQL.
REST Frameworks: Experience in developing and working with RESTful services.

Other Technical Competencies:

Version Control: Familiarity with Git and GitHub.
Data Structures & Algorithms: Solid understanding and application of data structures and algorithms.
Language Proficiency: Fluent in reading and writing English; verbal communication can be in Farsi, but written communication is exclusively in English.

Your Role & Responsibilities:

Participate in design meetings for new features implementation and existing features overhaul.
Develop and enhance features for our Ebn-E-Sina Research backend software.
Conduct code reviews for backend submissions by colleagues.
Write and maintain test cases for newly developed features.
