شرح موقعیت شغلی

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Owner to join our team. As a Product Owner, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development and success of our products by collaborating with cross-functional teams, understanding market needs, and prioritizing features to deliver maximum value to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  •  Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including customers, product managers, developers, and designers, to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
  • Translate business goals and user needs into clear and actionable user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria.
  • Prioritize and maintain the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic priorities.
  • Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews to ensure timely delivery of high-quality features.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for the development team, providing clarity and direction on product requirements and priorities.
  • Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancements and optimization.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the product team.
Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in product management, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role in Agile software development environments.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to think strategically, prioritize effectively, and make data-driven decisions.
    • Experience with product management tools such as Jira.
