شرح موقعیت شغلی

 Job Purpose:
The Product Owner plays a critical role in driving the successful delivery of products by prioritizing and managing the product backlog, contributing to the discovery phase, and acting as the primary liaison between product management and development teams. This role is responsible for translating strategic goals into actionable development tasks, collaborating with product manager for gathering customer insights and market data to steer product decisions, and ensuring that the backlog is detailed and aligned with the product strategy. Additionally, the Product Owner closely collaborate with delivery team in the sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. 


 Key Responsibilities:
1. Prioritize and Manage the Product Backlog:
o Collaborate with product manager to prioritize features and user stories based on business value, customer needs, and strategic objectives.
o Maintain and manage the product backlog, ensuring it reflects the latest priorities and is aligned with the overall product strategy.
o Translate strategic goals and initiatives into actionable development tasks, epics, and user stories. 

2. Contribute to the Discovery Phase:
o Gather customer insights and market data provided by product managers to inform product decisions during the discovery phase.
o Collaborate with product management, design, and engineering teams to define product requirements, features, and functionalities.
o Participate in user research, interviews, and feedback sessions to understand user needs and validate product ideas. 

 3. Act as the Primary Connector Between Product and Development Teams: 
 o Serve as the primary liaison between product management and development teams, clarifying requirements, answering questions, and resolving issues. 
 o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project objectives, timelines, and deliverables. 
 o Facilitate communication and collaboration between product management, design, engineering, and other stakeholders throughout the product development lifecycle. 

 4. Prepare and Refine Validated Ideas for Development: 
 o Prepare and refine validated ideas for development, ensuring they are well-defined, detailed, and aligned with the product strategy. 
 o Collaborate with stakeholders to break down epics into smaller, actionable user stories with clear acceptance criteria. 
 o Continuously groom the product backlog to prioritize and refine items based on feedback, changes in business priorities, and market dynamics. 

 5. Involve in Agile Environment: 
 o Collaborate with scrum master to uphold agile principles and practices within the development team, fostering a culture of transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement. 
 o Collaborate closely with delivery team in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure that development efforts are aligned with overall product vision. 
 o Facilitate effective backlog refinement sessions to ensure that the team has a clear understanding of upcoming work and dependencies. 


 Qualifications: 
 • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management or related roles, with a focus on Agile methodologies and product development. 
 • Proven track record of successfully prioritizing and managing product backlogs, translating strategic goals into actionable tasks, and driving product delivery. 
 • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather and analyze customer insights and market data to inform product decisions. 
 • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. 
 • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar Agile certifications preferred. 
 • Experience working in fast-paced, dynamic environments and managing multiple priorities simultaneously. 
 • Adaptability and resilience in navigating complex product requirements, changing priorities, and evolving business needs.
