Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Full Stack Software Engineer with a strong leadership background to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development standards of the company, managing 1-2 projects directly, and leading 6-7 other projects by training and instilling best practices in our development team. This role requires a proactive individual who is fluent in English and can seamlessly collaborate with global teams in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development and implementation of 1-2 key projects while overseeing 6-7 other projects by guiding and mentoring other developers.
Ensure adherence to company standards and best practices in software development.
Train and mentor developers on best practices, code quality, and efficient development methodologies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Perform code reviews, enhance code quality, and drive innovation within the team.
Manage project timelines, resources, and communication across teams.
Stay abreast of the latest technology trends and apply them to improve our products and processes.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in full stack development, with a proven track record of leading development projects.
Strong proficiency in both front-end and back-end technologies, frameworks, and languages.
Exceptional leadership skills with experience in mentoring and training developers.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a strong commitment to quality.
Fluent in English, with outstanding communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently in a fully remote setting, with a high degree of self-motivation and discipline.
