Position Overview
We are on the lookout for a highly skilled Full Stack Software Engineer (spanning both frontend and backend technologies) to join our team dedicated to developing innovative solutions that integrate n8nworkflow automation with Generative AI, all hosted on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
This role is ideal for a technically proficient engineer passionate about automating processes and exploring the potential of AI to solve complex problems.

Key Responsibilities
● Design and implement robust, scalable full-stack applications that integrate n8n workflows with Generative AI models for a variety of use cases.
● Develop and maintain APIs and services that facilitate seamless data exchange between n8n workflows, Generative AI models, and external systems.
● Collaborate with our in-house AI researchers and technical team to integrate Generative AI models (either 3rd party hosted and/or open source hosted on GCP), optimising performance and scalability.
● Build user-friendly interfaces that enable users to interact with, configure, and monitor n8n workflows and Generative AI outputs.
● Ensure high performance and responsiveness of applications across all platforms.
● Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including ideation, design, development, testing, and deployment.
● Contribute to system architecture decisions, focusing on reliability, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness in the cloud environment.

Required Qualifications and Skills
● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
● At least 4 years of hands-on experience as a full stack software engineer.
● Strong proficiency in frontend technologies (e.g., HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React, Vue.js), and backend technologies (e.g., Node.js, Python, Ruby on Rails); and an in-depth understanding of JSON topologies & headless CMS implementation.
● Demonstrated experience with Google Cloud Platform services, such as Compute Engine, Cloud Functions, App Engine, and Cloud Storage.
● Familiarity with deploying and scaling machine learning models or Generative AI applications in a cloud environment.
● Experience with RESTful API design and development, microservices architecture, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
● Solid understanding of database technologies, both SQL (e.g., PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB, Firestore).
● Experience in the use of JIRA & Confluence and Agile techniques.
● Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality, innovative solutions.
● Strong communication skills (in the English language (both written and verbal)) and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative remote team environment.
● A keen interest in learning n8n development or applying your n8n skills.
● The ability to speak English fluently is required.

Desirable Skills
● Experience with Generative AI technologies and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, GPT).
● Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevOps practices.
● Contributions to open-source projects or active participation in relevant tech communities.
● In-depth knowledge of n8n or similar workflow automation tools and experience integrating them with various services and APIs.
