شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are looking for a passionate product manager who will be responsible for advancing products from idea to implementation and success. The product manager needs to work with team members and other stakeholders to ensure the proper performance and success of products, and should always be looking to improve and develop products.

Duties and responsibilities of the job

Here’s how you can influence Company's progress:

Identify and gain a precise understanding of user needs, opportunities, and the competitive market landscape, followed by planning for them.
Collaborate with various product stakeholders (users, business, and team) to plan the product roadmap and discover product capabilities.
Create product roadmaps and prototypes with the product designer to coordinate all stakeholders.
Work with the design and technical team for end-to-end implementation of product features.
Improve technical team procedures and manage the product release process to increase team output and efficiency.
Ensure product quality through the management of the testing process and quality control.
Collect and study quantitative and qualitative data for product analysis, user satisfaction, and user interface, creating a feedback loop for product improvement.
Manage the documentation process throughout the product development stages, keeping team members updated on progress and development status.
Define and manage product standards, overseeing product development quality through these standards.

Job requirements and skills
What you need to be successful in this job position:

2+ years of Product Management experience in IT startups.
High motivation, hard work, and a passion for learning.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
High proficiency in teamwork, problem-solving, interpersonal communication, and decision-making skills.
Systematic thinking and the ability to devise product strategies.
Proficiency in data visualization, analysis, and inference based on product data.
In-depth familiarity with User Experience Design (UX) principles.

Bonus Points for:

High proficiency in English.
Experience in the e-commerce sector.
Experience in an international environment.
