Job Description: Join our dynamic team! As an Associate Product Manager, you'll drive product innovation. This strategic role is crucial for our business and product success.You will work side by side with a senior Product Manager that supports international products and offers a great chance for knowledge transfer. You will also communicate directly with development teams and foreign partners outside of Iran providing a unique perspective on how international collaborations are conducted. We are a ‘social impact’ first company and are passionate about education and want a team member who is also mission driven. 


Responsibilities:


  • Work under the guidance of senior product managers to align product strategy with the company vision.
  • Analyze consumer behavior and industry trends.
  • Recommend and implement new products/releases.
  • Develop and manage product test plans and lead product launches.
  • Create and maintain product-related documentation in English.
  • Build and maintain stakeholder relationships.
  • Communicate directly with users and prospects face to face and over the phone. 
  • Track and report key performance metrics.
  • Create effective product roadmaps for customer acquisition.
  • Collaborate with marketing to ensure the product meets objectives.
Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field.
  • 1 years of experience in product management or a related field.
  • Experience in product design, development, and data analysis.
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Proficiency in English is required, both written and spoken, as the APM has to hold regular meetings with foreign collaborators and exchange documents.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • EdTech experience is a bonus.
