شرح موقعیت شغلی

Position Overview:

As a Software Product Manager, you will work intimately with cross-functional teams to spearhead the ideation, development, and launch of groundbreaking AI products that resonate with our customers. Your role involves shaping the product strategy, leading the team towards execution, and establishing clear metrics for product success.

Responsibilities:

Craft and oversee comprehensive product roadmaps aligned with the company's strategic objectives.
Facilitate collaboration among software developers, UI/UX designers, data scientists, and other key stakeholders to ensure seamless product development.
Elicit detailed, actionable feedback from customers, stakeholders, and the market to inform product iterations.
Lead the coordination of product launches, including collaboration with the public relations team, executives, and other product management team members.
Utilize user engagement data to refine the user experience and achieve business goals.
Remain abreast of the latest trends in AI and software development, adjusting product strategies to maintain competitive edge.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related technical field.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in product management within the software development or AI domain.
Exceptional communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to effectively articulate technical concepts and strategies.
Demonstrated experience managing the end-to-end lifecycle of software products.
Strong technical foundation enabling effective collaboration with software engineering teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

Advanced degree (Master’s or MBA) in a technical or business field.
Experience at a company with a strong focus on AI or machine learning.
A proven track record of adopting a user-centric approach to product design and development.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

Key Requirement:

Proficiency in English is crucial for this role. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to discuss complex product features, engage in strategic conversations, and interact with international stakeholders clearly and effectively.
